Requirements: Village Market vendors will set up in an assigned 10 x 10 space in the area designated as the Village Market Place. No electricity, tables or chairs will be provided. Tents/canopies are welcome but be aware that the location can be quite windy. There is NO SMOKING allowed by vendors in the Village Market Place. Vendors are responsible for any damage or loss of merchandise while in transit to/from or while on display. Vendors may start setting up Friday and/or Saturday between 10AM and noon but must be set up and ready to sell at noon. Vendors must not break down until the Festival ends (6 PM) or under the direction of the Festival organizers. Vendors are responsible for NC sales taxes. The OFPMF is a rain or shine event, no refunds.
